Steps
- Install the Jobin browser extension and sign in.
- Open the extension and turn on Auto Import.
- Optionally choose a job pipeline and tags, so the imported people are easy to find.
- Browse profiles as usual. Each one you view is imported in full.
- Open Contacts in Jobin and filter by your tag to see who was added.
Tips
- Turn Auto Import off when you browse for other reasons, so your database stays focused.
- Profiles you view more than once are merged into one contact, with the latest data.
Ideas to get more from it
- Pick a tag per search session, such as the role you’re sourcing for, before you start browsing.
- Follow up with contact enrichment to add emails and phone numbers.
- Add the new contacts to a sequence the same day.
