To connect Jobin to your other tools, open the Integrations page in your workgroup and choose the connection that fits: Google or Microsoft for calendar and email, Jobin MCP for an AI assistant, an API key for an automation tool, or the API for your own software. The Integrations page is where you connect Jobin to the tools you already use and manage the credentials those connections rely on. Open Jobin integrations in the workgroup you want to connect. You can also reach it from your workgroup settings.

What this gets you

  • You put your calendar, email, automation tools, and AI assistants to work on the data in Jobin, so you don’t copy information between tools.
  • One page shows every connection and every API key or token in the workgroup.
  • You can pick the right method for the job: a connected account, an assistant, a no-code automation, or the API.

What’s on the page

The page has two tabs, plus a New API Key button and an Active Keys counter in the header. Each card shows a Verified badge for supported integrations. After you connect one that uses an API key, its button changes to Already Connected and takes you to the API Keys tab. With more than five integrations, the page adds a search box and a category filter. Looking for step-by-step instructions for a task? See the How-to guides.

Ideas to get more from it

  • Connect your calendar first, so you can schedule candidate meetings without leaving Jobin.
  • Connect an AI assistant to search contacts and review candidates by chatting.
  • Send contacts to your own systems with Make.com when you want data to flow elsewhere.
  • Request an integration if the tool you use isn’t listed yet.
