What this gets you
- Your contacts flow into your own automations, such as a database, a spreadsheet, or other apps, without manual file handling.
- You choose which contacts and which fields to send.
What it does
Jobin’s contacts export has two destinations: CSV File and Make.com. Instead of downloading a spreadsheet, choose Make.com and Jobin sends the contacts to Make.com, where your scenario can pass them on to your other tools. When you export, you choose:- Which contacts. Export the contacts you’ve selected, or every contact that matches your current search and filters.
- Where to send them. CSV File downloads a spreadsheet, which Jobin emails to you as a download link. Make.com sends the contacts to Make.com.
- Which fields. Pick the contact fields to include.
Exports can use credits, depending on the fields you choose and your plan. Jobin tells you before the export if you don’t have enough.
Before you begin
- A Make.com account.
- A Jobin account. Connections belong to the workgroup where you create them, so connect Make.com in the workgroup whose contacts you want to send.
