What this gets you
- You post a job to external job boards and social channels from the job itself.
- You see each channel and its status in one place.
- You can take a job down from its channels in one step.
What it does
- Post a job to external channels. From a job, post it to job boards and social channels through Broadbean to reach more candidates. Post to a different channel opens Broadbean’s posting screen inside Jobin.
- See where a job is posted. The job’s Distribution channels section lists each channel and its status. A job that hasn’t been posted shows Not posted to any channel yet.
- Take a job down. Remove the job from its Broadbean channels in one step. This also resets the job’s visibility in Jobin.
- Get set up from the job. If Broadbean isn’t connected, posting a job shows Broadbean isn’t connected yet with a Set up Broadbean integration button that takes you to the connection form.
Before you begin
Have these four Broadbean values ready. All are required.
To find them:
- Log in to your Broadbean account.
- Go to Settings > API Management.
- Generate or copy your API credentials.

card. Or go straight to the form at
https://my.jobin.cloud/workgroups/integrations?integration=broadbean.2

disabled until all four are filled in.

Manage the connection
The connection appears on the API Keys tab with the label Broadbean Connection and a masked value. To disconnect, delete it there. See Delete a key.Ideas to get more from it
- Connect Broadbean before you open a hard-to-fill role, so posting is ready when you need it.
- If Broadbean isn’t connected when you try to post, use the Set up Broadbean integration button on the job’s posting screen.
