To post a job to job boards, connect Broadbean once, then open the job and use Post to a different channel to publish it to external job boards and social channels.

What this gets you

  • You reach candidates beyond your own database.
  • You see every channel and its status in one place.
  • You can take the job down everywhere in one step when it’s filled.

Before you start

  • Connect Broadbean first. See Connect Broadbean. If it isn’t connected, posting a job shows Broadbean isn’t connected yet with a Set up Broadbean integration button.

Steps

  1. Open the job you want to post.
  2. Choose Post to a different channel. Broadbean’s posting screen opens inside Jobin.
  3. Choose your channels and post the job.
  4. Check the job’s Distribution channels section to see each channel and its status.
  5. To take it down, remove the job from its Broadbean channels in one step. This also resets the job’s visibility in Jobin.

Ideas to get more from it

  • Post when you open a hard-to-fill role, and use the distribution view to check status.
  • Take it down in one step when you make the hire.
