What this gets you
- Every running and scheduled step of the sequence stops at once, for example while you fix a message or a role goes on hold.
- Contacts keep their place, so resuming continues from where each of them was.
Steps
- Open Sequences in the sidebar.
- Find the sequence and choose Pause sequence in the list, or Pause on its card. You can also pause it from the sequence editor.
- Make your changes. See How to edit a sequence with active contacts.
- Choose Resume sequence to start it again.
Ideas to get more from it
- If you add contacts to a paused sequence, Jobin tells you it is paused and lets you resume it on the spot.
- To stop one contact rather than the whole sequence, exit them from the sequence on their Outreach Sequences tab.
