To tag multiple contacts at once, select them in Contacts, use the tag button in the action bar, choose or create the tags, and apply.

What this gets you

  • You label a whole group in one action instead of tagging people one at a time.
  • You can create new tags on the spot.
  • Tagged batches are easy to find and work later.

Steps

  1. Open Contacts and select the contacts, or select sourced profiles in AI Search.
  2. Use the tag button in the action bar.
  3. Search the available tags and select as many as you need. You can also create new tags that don’t exist yet.
  4. Review the changes, then apply them.

  • Tag each import by its source, such as an event name.
  • Use tags for deliberate one-off labels, and a saved search for pools that should stay current on their own.
