What this gets you
- You see the information you need to decide, and nothing you don’t, so reviewing contacts is faster.
- Your layout is remembered, and a preset can be shared so the team works from the same view.
Steps
- Open Contacts in list view.
- Open the column selector and show or hide columns. At least one column stays visible.
- Drag columns into the order you want, and resize them. Double-click a divider to restore the default width.
- Pin columns to the left or right if you want them to stay in view.
- Save the layout as a named column preset, and share it with your workspace.
Tips
- Optional columns include current and total years of experience, past job stage, and outreach metrics.
- Double-click a row to open the contact.
Ideas to get more from it
- Make one preset for sourcing, with experience and tags, and another for outreach, with sequence metrics.
- Pin the columns you always need to the side while you scroll.
- Share a preset so new teammates start with the right view.
