What this gets you
- You rediscover candidates by what your team wrote about them, such as interview feedback and conversations.
- Your team’s knowledge becomes searchable instead of staying buried in notes.
- The matching note shows beside each result, so you see why someone came up.
Steps
- Open Contacts and open the filter sidebar.
- Add the recruiter-notes criteria and enter the text you’re looking for, such as interview feedback.
- Optionally filter by the teammate who wrote the note, and limit the search to a date range.
- Combine it with your other filters, such as role, location, or tags.
- Read the matching note next to each result.
- Save the search to reuse it.
Tips
- Note criteria also work in saved and recent searches.
Ideas to get more from it
- Search your notes for phrases like relocating or open to contract when a matching role opens.
- Limit the search to a date range to find recent conversations.
- Combine the notes search with role and location filters for a precise shortlist.
