To control what clients can see, open the job’s Client Portal control panel, choose Configure visibility, and select the candidate information to show. Start from a preset to save time.

What this gets you

  • You protect candidate privacy while still collaborating.
  • You can keep identities anonymous until a later stage.
  • Presets make it quick to apply the same rules to every client.

Steps

  1. Open the job’s Client Portal Control Panel.
  2. Choose Configure visibility, or pick a visibility preset.
  3. Choose which profile details to show: experience, education, skills, compensation, availability, and work preferences.
  4. Control candidate identity and contact information separately. You can keep a candidate’s name, contact details, and employers anonymous until a later stage.
  5. Choose whether clients see resumes, notes (all, or only ones you’ve shared), message content and attachments, and activity history.
  6. Click Save All Changes.

Tips

  • Save your settings as a reusable preset, and choose the default preset for future portals.

Ideas to get more from it

  • Keep resumes, notes, and contact details hidden until the client approves a candidate.
  • Save your standard settings as a preset, and use it as the default.
