To edit pending outreach messages in bulk, select them in the advanced Operations monitor and edit their message together. This updates messages that are already queued.

  • You correct or improve many queued messages in one go.
  • It updates messages that are already queued, which a later edit to the sequence doesn’t.

Steps

  1. Open Op. Queue and open the advanced Operations monitor.
  2. Select the pending email, SMS, or social message operations you want to change.
  3. Choose to edit them. Jobin loads the existing message, subject, and job context in the standard composer.
  4. Make your changes and save. Existing execution times stay the same unless you reschedule.

Tips

  • Editing a sequence later doesn’t change operations that are already queued, so use this to update the queued ones.
