Recommended workflow
- Open Op. Queue and start with the Failed report.
- Read the reason. Each failure says why it failed and how to correct it.
- Fix the cause first. Enable a disabled sender, review credits or quotas, or reconnect an account.
- Retry. Retry all operations with the same error once the cause is fixed. Archive the ones that no longer matter.
- Change what’s pending. In the advanced monitor, select operations to edit their messages together, or skip a sequence step for them.
- Prioritize. Raise the priority of urgent operations, and lower the priority of large ones, such as an update of thousands of contacts, so they don’t block everything else in the queue.
- Follow up in Contacts. Open an operation’s recipients in Contacts to work them by hand.
The overview
- Operation queue. Operations waiting to run, with their status.
- Successful operations. Outreach and imports completed in the last 7 days.
- Failed operations. Each failure shows the reason and how to correct it.
Fix failures
- Retry or archive. Retry or archive a single failed operation, every operation with the same error, or all failed operations.
- Recover blocked outreach. The monitor explains why automation stopped and offers the relevant fix: enable a disabled sender, open its sending-account settings, retry after the sender is enabled, or review credits, quotas, and usage limits.
- Daily workload complete. When an account reaches its daily limit, the monitor says so, and other operation types continue on their usual schedule. See Sending accounts to review limits.
How operations are queued
Operations wait in a queue, and Jobin keeps a separate queue for each connected social account and for each connected email sender. An operation only competes with the others in its own account’s queue, and runs in order of priority.Change priority
Set an operation’s priority to one of seven levels: Highest (critical, run immediately), Very High, High, Medium (normal), Low, Very Low, or Lowest (process last). Operations with a higher priority run first. A bulk profile update starts at Medium.- Raise it for urgent work. Move a time-sensitive operation up so it doesn’t wait behind routine ones.
- Lower it for large work. A very large operation can hold up everything behind it in the same queue.
Advanced operations monitor
Use the advanced monitor to work on individual operations.- Group and filter operations by sequence, status, type, or selection date, and see totals in status counters.
- See recipients in each group, choose which columns to show, and open an operation’s complete details.
- Bulk actions. Select several operations to retry or delete them, skip the current sequence step for them, or edit their pending messages together. Editing a sequence later doesn’t change operations that are already queued, so use this to update the ones in the queue. Bulk edit works for email, SMS, and social messages. It loads the existing message, subject, and job context, and keeps execution times unless you reschedule.
- Open in Contacts. Open the recipients of an operation, or a whole sequence stage, in Contacts with the sequence, stage, and status filters already applied.
