An account is a company in your CRM, typically a client or a prospect. Open them from Accounts in the sidebar. Everything you know about the company sits on its account page, so the whole team works from the same record.
  1. Add the account. Choose Add account, search for the company, and fill in what you know. For many accounts, use .CSV import.
  2. Complete the profile. Add industry, size, locations, contact details, and tags.
  3. Link people. Link the contacts you work with, and mark the right ones as Contact Persons.
  4. Create the job. Use Create job on the account, so the role is linked to the client from the start.
  5. Capture the deal. Add a deal payout to the job to track the account’s potential earnings.
  6. File the paperwork. Add notes about terms, and attach agreements and contracts.
  7. Share progress. Set up the job in the Client Portal.
  8. Stay in the loop. Use the Activity tab to follow messages and events for the Contact Persons.

Browse your accounts

View accounts as a table, cards, or a split view. Select an account to open its details in a sidebar, or use the expand button to open the full page. You choose whether the sidebar opens on select under Settings > Appearance > Details sidebar. See Your settings. Narrow the list with filters for status, tags, industry and sectors, company size, locations, and contact information.

Add an account

Choose Add account. The New account dialog starts from a company search. Then add what you know: tagline, industry, size, headquarters and other locations, contact details, web pages, a note, and attachments. To add many at once, use the arrow next to Add account and choose .CSV import to import accounts from a spreadsheet.

The account page

The account page keeps details on the left and the work on the right.

Company details

Name, tagline, industry and sectors, size, founding year, organization type, status, revenue, emails, phones, headquarters, other locations, time zone, and web pages. Choose Edit account to change them, in sections. If the data is more than six months old, you can update it from the company’s social page with one click.

Contacts

Two lists keep the people straight:
  • Contact Persons are the contacts you link to the account on purpose. Mark any of them as the account’s Contact Person.
  • Employees are contacts whose current company matches this account.
Link existing contacts or create a new one. You can open the selected contacts in Contacts, start outreach for them, or unlink them. Unlinking never deletes the contact.

Jobs and earnings

The account lists its open jobs, and you can Create job for the company from here. On each job you can record a deal payout, so the account shows the potential earnings it represents.
  • Notes hold agreements, contract terms, and other details about the company.
  • Attachments hold agreements, contracts, and other files.
  • Social Media holds the company’s social profiles and other web pages.
  • Tags label the company in your CRM.

Activity

The Activity tab combines your internal notes with the messages and events of the account’s Contact Persons in one timeline, and you can filter it. To see a person’s activity here, mark them as a Contact Person first.

Employers

The Employers list shows the companies you have jobs for. Open it from Jobs > Employers list. An employer appears once a job exists for it. Each shows its open jobs and links to its account. Use the card, table, or split view, search by name, sort, and filter.
