Some Jobin features, such as enrichment and AI actions, use shared credits. The usage report shows what you have, what you’ve used it on, and how your plan’s limits stand. Open it from More > Billing > Credits usage. Manage credits and Invoices are in the same menu.
  1. Open Credits usage. Check your balance and renewal date.
  2. See where credits went. Compare enrichment, AI actions, and other usage.
  3. Check the return. Compare enrichment results with the credits they used.
  4. Look at the team. Admins can filter by team member to find heavy users.
  5. Set limits. Give heavy users a shared credit limit.
  6. Export the report for your records.
  7. Top up in time. Use Manage credits before the balance runs low.

What the report shows

  • Balance. Your current shared credit balance and its renewal date.
  • Where credits went. How many credits went to enrichment, AI actions, and other usage.
  • Enrichment results. The enrichment results you got alongside the credits they used.
  • Plan limits. Your monthly usage allowances and workspace capacity limits.

Explore your usage

  • Switch the timeline between credits spent and enrichment results.
  • Filter by date range. Workspace admins can also filter by team member.
  • Export the selected report.

Control team spending

Admins can give a team member a shared credit limit. It caps how much that person can spend from the shared pool in a period. It doesn’t reserve credits, and it doesn’t grant any. See Workgroup and members.
