The Inbox keeps every conversation with a candidate or client in one place: emails, social messages, SMS, notes, and system events. Open it from Inbox in the sidebar.
  1. Open the Inbox and filter to replies only, using a quick range such as Today or This Week.
  2. Open the first conversation and read the timeline. Reply cards show whether it was positive, not interested, or a question.
  3. Check the context. Look at the contact’s pipeline stage and recent notes before you answer.
  4. Reply. Write your message, or ask AI to draft one from the conversation, and add your own direction.
  5. Send. Add CC or BCC recipients if you need to. Your draft is kept if you switch contacts first.
  6. Set the next step. Create a task, change the stage, or add a note on the contact’s profile.
  7. Finish the pass. Filter by pipeline stage or tag to find conversations still waiting for a follow-up.

Find a conversation

The contact list on the left starts with Recently Contacted. Search it (Ctrl+Alt+S jumps to the search box), and narrow it by:
  • Pipeline, stage, and substage.
  • Contact tags, included or excluded.
  • The date of the last message, with quick ranges such as Today or This Week.
  • Replies only, or all messages.
Searching and filtering the list never closes the conversation you have open.

Read the timeline

Select a contact to see their activity timeline. Filter it by All, Messages, Notes, or System events.
  • Messages show as email, social message, or SMS cards. Email cards show whether each recipient’s delivery was accepted.
  • Replies to sequences are labelled by intent, such as Positive, Not interested, or Question.
  • System events record things Jobin did, for example that an out-of-office reply was handled.
  • Attachments from email and social messages show in the timeline. Preview images, or download any file, with its name and size.
  • Older activity. Search older activity and scroll back to the beginning of the conversation. You can also sync a contact’s social conversation history.

Write a message

Reply in the composer at the bottom, or open the advanced editor with your draft. Ctrl+Alt+W focuses the message.
  • Drafts are kept. Switch to another contact and come back, and your unsent draft is still there.
  • Copy others in. Add CC and BCC recipients on a one-off email, from your CRM contacts or any valid email address.
  • Personalize. Type @ to insert smart fields for the contact, the sender, the job, and custom data.
  • Draft with AI. Ask AI to draft a reply from the conversation. Choose which messages it uses (all messages, emails only, social only, or SMS only), and add your own direction, such as “ask about availability for a short call”.
