  2. Schedule the meeting. From the candidate or client, start scheduling and choose the connected calendar and organizer.
  3. Pick a time. Check availability across your connected calendars, then confirm the time.
  4. Send the invitation. Confirm the email address the invitation goes to.
  5. Prepare. Open the meeting from your calendar to review details, and check the candidate’s earlier meetings in their CRM history.
  6. Follow up. Add a note or a task, and move the candidate to their next stage.
  7. Reschedule if needed. Jobin keeps the meeting history.

Calendar views

  • Command center is the overview of your tasks and queues. See Tasks and task queues.
  • Planner shows your day’s schedule and tasks side by side.
  • Week and Month show a longer range.
In the agenda you can group items by date or by task type, separate pending from completed tasks, and see how many tasks each group holds.

Connect your calendars

Connect Google or Microsoft so events from your own calendar appear in Jobin, labelled with their source. Events synced from an external calendar are edited in that calendar, and can’t be deleted from Jobin. See Connect Google and Connect Microsoft.

Schedule a meeting

You can schedule interviews and other candidate meetings without leaving your recruiting workflow.
  1. Start scheduling from a candidate or recruiting workflow.
  2. Choose the candidate or client contact, and the connected calendar and organizer.
  3. Check availability across your connected calendar accounts, then pick a time and confirm it.
  4. Choose the email address the invitation goes to. You can enter a different one.
Jobin creates the meeting in your connected Google or Microsoft calendar and sends the invitation. The meeting appears next to your tasks in the Jobin calendar, and you can open its details from the day and calendar views. You can reschedule or cancel a meeting, and Jobin keeps the meeting history. Cancelling cancels the connected calendar event too. A candidate’s earlier meetings show in their CRM history. If a booked meeting belongs to a sequence, it counts as a sequence outcome.
