Jobin has help built in, so you don’t have to leave the product to learn it.

Watch it live

  1. Ask Joby about the page you’re on.
  2. Run the guided tutorial in Getting started if you’re learning a task.
  3. Open the Help center for setup guides, such as connecting an email sender.
  4. Check Updates to see whether a recent change affects you.
  5. Use these guides for how each area works.

Getting started

Getting started in the sidebar holds guided tutorials that walk you through real tasks. See Getting started.

Help center

The Help center has tutorials, tips, and FAQs, and setup guides for specific jobs. For example, the Email setup guide explains how to connect an email sender by SMTP: which details you need (email address, password or app password, username, SMTP and IMAP servers and ports, sender name, and security protocol), and how to generate an app password for Gmail or Google Workspace. See also Sending accounts and limits.

Joby, your AI assistant

Joby is an AI recruiting assistant inside Jobin that understands the page you’re on. Open it from the sidebar or its in-app launcher, then ask free-form questions about the page you’re viewing and your recruiting context. It can use the current contact or workspace context, so you don’t need to copy information into the chat.

Product updates

Jobin shows when there’s something new. An unread-update badge appears under Resources > Updates, with a preview of the latest update’s title, date, and description. Opening the updates page marks them as seen.
