Watch it live
Recommended workflow
- Define the group. Filter Contacts to the segment you want, or open a shortlist, tag, or pipeline. You can also select candidates in AI Search results.
- Start AI screening from the Contacts action bar.
- Generate criteria. Create them from a prompt, a job description, or an existing job. Keep only the criteria that actually decide the hire.
- Refine them. Set an importance and category for each criterion (up to 20), and reorder them.
- Run the screening. You can keep working while it runs.
- Review in Contacts. Combine the results with your usual filters, for example to look only at people you haven’t contacted yet.
- Open a profile to read that candidate’s AI screening report.
- Act on it. Move the best candidates into the job’s pipeline or into outreach.

Review the results
