To change the default Contacts view, open Settings > Appearance > Default views and choose list or cards for Contacts. Your choice is saved to your account.

Steps

  1. Open Settings from the account menu.
  2. Under Appearance > Default views, set Contacts to list or cards.
  3. Under Details sidebar, choose whether a record’s details open as soon as you select it, or only when you use the expand button.

  • The same options exist for accounts and jobs. The preferences follow you across browsers.
