To withdraw pending connection invitations, open the Dashboard, select the social account, and choose Withdraw Invitations on its network card. Then pick which invitations to withdraw.

What this gets you

  • Fewer unanswered invitations, which keeps your social account in good standing.
  • Room under your network’s limit on pending invitations for new outreach.
  • A clean-up that runs in the background, in one action.

Steps

  1. Open Dashboard from the sidebar.
  2. Select the social account to clean up.
  3. On the network card, check Pending Invitations, then choose Withdraw Invitations.
  4. Choose what to withdraw:
    • Withdraw All Pending Connections removes every pending invitation.
    • Older than a date withdraws invitations sent before the date you pick.
    • Oldest X invitations withdraws a number you choose, starting from the oldest.
  5. Confirm. Follow the progress in the Operations monitor.

Tips

  • Withdrawing invitations is available on plans that include automatic invitation withdrawal.
  • To withdraw automatically inside a campaign, add the Withdraw Invitation action to a sequence.
