What this gets you
- You don’t have to work out what makes your best candidates good and translate it into filters. Jobin builds the search from them.
- You find more people like the ones who already fit.
- The result is a normal Contacts filter, so you can refine, save, and reuse it.
Before you start
- You must select the contacts yourself. Selecting everything isn’t supported for this action.
Steps
- Open Contacts and select the contacts you want to use as a model.
- Open the bulk actions.
- Under Find and enrich, choose Search similar profiles.
- Jobin builds a filter from the contacts you selected and opens Contacts with it applied.
- Review the results, then save the search if you want to reuse it.
Ideas to get more from it
- When a new role opens, select the people you placed or loved on similar roles and search for similar profiles.
- Save the resulting search as a talent pool.
- Select your top screened candidates and look for more like them.
