What this gets you

Steps
- Open Contacts and open the filters.
- Use the previous-outreach filter and choose to find contacts with no recorded outreach. It has three states: with, without, or Any.
- Or use the Last message filter: set a date range, choose Any message, and set the mode to Exclude.
- For a specific job, filter its pipeline to the Assigned stage, or switch the pipeline filter to Not in this pipeline.
Ideas to get more from it
- Start every campaign by filtering to contacts with no recorded outreach.
- Also exclude anyone messaged in the last few weeks, whatever the job.
- Save the filter combination, so it becomes your standard outreach list.
