What this gets you
- A pile of CVs becomes searchable candidate records without any manual data entry.
- You don’t wait for each file. Upload, parsing, and profile matching run in the background.
- Tags and a pipeline assignment are applied at import, so the batch is ready to work.
Steps
- Open More > Sourcing > CV Parsing & Import.
- Upload one or many CVs or resumes. Supported formats are PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT.
- Apply the tags and the recruitment pipeline assignment you want for the new contacts.
- Start the import. Jobin creates the contact records and doesn’t make you wait for every CV to finish processing.
- Open Contacts and filter by your tag to review the imported candidates.
Tips
- Bulk import separates uploading, profile matching, and AI parsing, so you can keep working while it runs.
Ideas to get more from it
- After a job fair or a backlog in your inbox, upload the CVs with a tag, then filter by it.
- Assign the whole batch to a recruitment pipeline so candidates land in the right stage at once.
- Follow up with enrichment to fill in missing emails and phone numbers.
