To add a contact to a sequence from their profile, open the contact’s Outreach Sequences tab (or Activity tab), choose a sequence, and pick whether it starts at the beginning or at a specific stage.

What this gets you

  • You start outreach for a single contact from their profile, with no detour.
  • You choose the stage they start at, so someone you’ve already talked to doesn’t get the intro again.
  • You see their sequence progress on the same screen.

Steps

  1. Open the contact’s profile.
  2. Go to the Outreach Sequences tab, or choose a sequence from the Activity timeline.
  3. Choose the sequence.
  4. Choose whether it starts at the beginning or at a selected stage.
  5. Confirm. The active sequence updates on the profile.

Tips

  • From the same tab you can review upcoming messages, edit eligible ones before they send, or exit the contact from the sequence.
