What this gets you
- Your calendar and email connections keep working, because you can reconnect an account as soon as its access expires.
- Your team can use one account across workgroups when you share it.
- You can sync on demand when calendar events look out of date.
Connect an account
Each provider has its own page with what it does and how to connect it:Connect Google
Calendar events from Google Calendar.
Connect Microsoft
Email sending and Outlook calendar events.
Account status
Each provider shows one status:
Accounts that need attention are highlighted. Only the person who owns a connection can reconnect it. Everyone else
sees Owned by someone else.
Manage an account
If you own an account, open its ⋯ menu to:- Reconnect an account that is working, to refresh its access.
- Sync now to pull in calendar changes immediately. This appears for accounts that cover calendar.
- Share with this workgroup or Stop sharing here.
- Disconnect the account.
Share an account with a workgroup
An account is available in a workgroup only when it’s shared with it. If an account isn’t shared with the workgroup you’re in, it shows Not shared here. Use Share with this workgroup to make it available, or Stop sharing here to remove it from this workgroup without disconnecting it elsewhere.Troubleshooting
