# Workgroup and members

> Manage your workgroup, invite teammates with the right role, and control shared credit spending.

A **workgroup** is your team's shared workspace: its contacts, jobs, accounts, sequences, and settings. People can belong to more than one workgroup
and switch between them.

## Recommended workflow

1. **Check your seats.** Make sure a seat is available before you invite someone.
2. **Invite them.** Enter their email address and choose a role: member, admin, or client.
3. **Give them access.** Assign the **All In One Suite** or specific modules.
4. **Control spending.** Set a shared credit limit if you want to cap their usage.
5. **Have them connect their accounts.** They connect their own email, social, and calendar accounts. See [Sending accounts](/sending-accounts.md).
6. **Share what the team needs.** Allow sending on behalf for shared senders.
7. **Put them to work.** Assign them to jobs as recruiters.

## Your workgroups

Open **Workgroups** from the account menu to see the workgroup you're in, the others you can access, and to create a new one. Switch to
another workgroup to work in it. Only workgroup admins can edit its name, description, and logo.

## Workgroup settings

From a workgroup's page, or **More** > **Workspace**, manage:

* **Members.** Invite and manage your team.
* **Tags** and **Custom fields**. See [Tags and custom fields](/tags-and-custom-fields.md).
* **Integrations.** See [Integrations](/integrations.md).
* **GDPR.** See [GDPR compliance](/gdpr-compliance.md).
* **Waterfall enrichment** and the **Throttle dashboard**. See [Waterfall Enrichment](/waterfall-enrichment.md) and [Sending accounts](/sending-accounts.md).
* **Subscription.** Choose **Manage subscription** to review your plan.

## Members and roles

Invite people by email. Press **Enter** or a comma after each address, or paste a list. Choose a role for each invite:

| Role | Access |
| - | - |
| **Member** | Standard access to the modules you select. |
| **Admin** | Full access, including member management. |
| **Client** | Access restricted to the [Client Portal](/client-portal.md) only. Clients don't use a seat. |

There is one **owner** account at a time. Transferring ownership turns the current owner into an admin.

### Seats and modules

Members take a seat and can be given an **All In One Suite** or specific assigned modules. The member list shows available seats. To remove
all of a member's modules, remove them and choose **Remove seat**.

For a member with **No seat**, **Add seat** offers a social-only or All-in-One seat when prepaid social-only capacity is available. Otherwise the usual plan selection opens. The seat counter includes both users and enabled account identities; hover to see the breakdown. Manage individual account licences in the [Throttle dashboard](/sending-accounts.md), where owners and admins can also manage shared accounts.

When prepaid social-only seats are available, **Invite Members** also offers a **Seat type** selector. You can select All-in-One even when no bundle seats remain; invitees without a seat join with restricted access until a seat is assigned. With no prepaid social-only capacity, the existing invitation flow is unchanged. A small counter beside the bundle summary shows used and available social-only seats, with a question-mark tooltip for the user and account breakdown.

### Shared credit limits

Set a shared credit limit on a member to cap what they can spend from the shared credit pool in a period. A limit doesn't reserve credits for them, and removing it
doesn't grant any. See [Credits and usage](/credits-and-usage.md).
