# How to request a new integration for Jobin

> Ask for a tool that isn't in the Jobin integrations list: send your software provider a ready-made introduction email.

To request a new integration, click **Submit Request** on the **Request Integration** card, describe the tool and your use case, and send the email that opens to your software provider, copying `integrations@jobin.cloud`.

If the tool you use isn't on the Integrations page, you can ask for it. Jobin connects with new tools by working with
the tool's provider, so the request is an email that introduces the two of us.

## What this gets you

* You get a ready-written email that introduces Jobin to your provider and asks for the documentation and credentials the integration needs.
* Jobin handles the integration work once it has those details.

## How to request one

**1. Open the request form**

Open [Jobin integrations](https://my.jobin.cloud/workgroups/integrations) and click **Submit Request** on the
**Request Integration** card.

**2. Describe the integration**

Fill in:

* **Integration Name**, for example the tool's product name.
* **Website URL** of the tool.
* **Use Case**: how you plan to use the integration and why it would be valuable.

**3. Send the email**

Click **Submit Request**. Your email app opens with a draft that copies `integrations@jobin.cloud`.
Add your software provider's address as the recipient, fill in your name, company, and contact details, and send it.

## What the email asks the provider for

The draft explains that you use both products and want to connect them. It asks the provider to share:

* API documentation for their product.
* Access credentials or tokens, if required.

Once Jobin has those details, we handle the integration work with the provider.
