# How to set safe sending limits for your accounts

> Keep your accounts safe: review daily limits per action, stay at the recommended levels, and set when automation may run.

To set safe sending limits, open the **Throttle dashboard**, review each account's operation limits, keep them at the recommended values, and set operating times.

## What this gets you

* Your accounts stay within safe limits.
* You see what each account has done today, per action type.
* You choose when automation runs.

## Steps

1. Open **More** > **Workspace** > **Throttle dashboard**.
2. Review each account's daily usage and its limits per operation type: invitations, direct messages, InMails, profile imports, and imports with contact information.
3. Keep the recommended limits. Choose **Reset to recommended** to undo changes.
4. If you must go above a recommended limit, confirm that you understand the risks before saving.
5. Set operating times, as a workgroup default or for yourself, to choose when automated operations may run.
6. For email, turn on human-like sending speed to add random delays between emails.
