# How to publish a job on your career page

> Start receiving applications: publish a job on your career page, or share it by direct link, or keep it internal while you review.

To publish a job on your career page, open the job builder's **Publish** step and set its visibility to **Public**. Use **Unlisted** for a direct link only, or **Internal** for your workgroup only.

## What this gets you

* You start receiving applications from your own career page.
* You choose exactly who can see each job.
* You get a link you can share anywhere.

## Steps

1. Open the job builder and go to the **Publish** step.
2. Choose the visibility: **Public** (on your career page and open to everyone), **Unlisted** (reachable by direct link, not on the career page), or **Internal** (only members of your workgroup).
3. Check the job link preview. It shows no link while the job isn't visible.
4. Optionally set the notification email and how applicant CVs are parsed.
5. Save, then copy the **career page URL** to share the job.

## Tips

* Keep a job **Internal** while you review it, then switch it to **Public** or **Unlisted** when you're ready.
* To share your career page itself, use **Copy career page link** in the Jobs header.

## Ideas to get more from it

* Keep a new job **Internal** while you review it, then publish.
* Use **Unlisted** for a job you only want to share by link, for example in an outreach message.
