# How to export candidate evaluation reports

> Give stakeholders a report they can use in meetings: export a job's candidate evaluations as PDF, Excel, or PowerPoint.

To export candidate evaluation reports, open the **Comparison & Approval** view for the job in the Client Portal and export to **PDF**, **Excel**, or **PowerPoint**.

## What this gets you

* You can hand over a polished, static report when a client prefers it to reviewing in the portal.
* Different formats suit different audiences.

## Steps

1. Open the job in the Client Portal and go to **Comparison & Approval**.
2. Choose an export format: **PDF**, **Excel**, or **PowerPoint**. Together they cover visual score summaries, data comparisons with weighted scores, and presentation-ready shortlists.
3. Download the file.

## Tips

* Exports are useful when a client prefers a static handoff over reviewing inside the portal.
