# How to create a job with AI from a job description

> Go from a job description to a structured job in minutes: AI fills in the details so you can set up the pipeline and publish.

To create a job with AI, go to **Jobs** > **Create job**, choose **Autocompile with AI**, describe the requirements or upload a job description, and Jobin fills in the details and saves the job.

## What this gets you

* You skip filling in a long form: AI turns a job description into the job's details.
* You get to a published, trackable job faster.
* You can localize the generated content for another market.

## Steps

1. Open **Jobs** in the sidebar and choose **Create job**.
2. Choose **Autocompile with AI**. Describe the job requirements, or upload a job description as a PDF. You can have Jobin auto-localize the content.
3. Generate the details. AI saves the job and opens the next step.
4. Check the basics: job title (required), employment type, workplace, locations, and employer.
5. Continue to **Workflow** to set up your hiring stages.
6. Continue to **Publish** to choose who can see the job, then add any application questions.
