# How to change your time zone and clock format

> Make every date and time in Jobin match your day: choose your time zone and a 12-hour or 24-hour clock.

To change your time zone and clock format, open **Settings** and use the **Regional** section to pick a time zone and a 12-hour or 24-hour clock.

## What this gets you

* Every timestamp, meeting, and task matches your own time zone.
* You see times in the clock format you prefer.

## Steps

1. Open **Settings** from the account menu.
2. In **Regional**, choose your time zone. All timestamps in Jobin use it.
3. Choose a 12-hour or 24-hour clock. A preview shows before you select.
