# How to send Jobin contacts to Make.com

> Send contacts from Jobin straight into your Make.com scenarios, so data reaches your database, spreadsheet, or other apps without manual exports.

To send Jobin contacts to Make.com, connect Make.com from the **Integrations** page, then choose **Make.com** as the export format when you export contacts.

Make.com is an automation platform. Connect it to Jobin so you can send contacts straight from Jobin into your Make.com scenarios.

## What this gets you

* Your contacts flow into your own automations, such as a database, a spreadsheet, or other apps, without manual file handling.
* You choose which contacts and which fields to send.

## What it does

Jobin's contacts export has two destinations: **CSV File** and **Make.com**. Instead of downloading a spreadsheet, choose
**Make.com** and Jobin sends the contacts to Make.com, where your scenario can pass them on to your other tools.

When you export, you choose:

* **Which contacts.** Export the contacts you've selected, or every contact that matches your current search and filters.
* **Where to send them.** **CSV File** downloads a spreadsheet, which Jobin emails to you as a download link. **Make.com** sends the contacts to Make.com.
* **Which fields.** Pick the contact fields to include.

Jobin sends the contacts to Make.com in batches. When it's done, you see **Export successfully sent**.

Examples of what you could build: sending exported contacts to your internal database, a spreadsheet, or another app, using
whatever modules your Make.com scenario includes.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Exports can use credits, depending on the fields you choose and your plan. Jobin tells you before the export if you don't have enough.

## Before you begin

* A Make.com account.
* A Jobin account. Connections belong to the workgroup where you create them, so connect Make.com in the workgroup whose contacts you want to send.

## Connect Make.com

**1. Create an API key**

Open [Jobin integrations](https://my.jobin.cloud/workgroups/integrations) and click **Connect** on the **Make.com** card.
Enter an **API Key Label**, click **Generate API Key**, and copy the key. Jobin shows it only once.

**2. Enable the Jobin.cloud app in Make.com**

Use the **Access Make.com Integration** link shown on the **Create New API Key** page to add the Jobin.cloud app to your Make.com account.

**3. Use your API key**

Use your API key in your Make.com webhook configurations.

**4. Test the connection**

Test your connection before you go live.

**5. Activate your scenario**

Activate your scenario. Make.com doesn't run it until it's active.

## Send contacts to Make.com

**1. Choose your contacts**

In your contacts, select the contacts you want. To send everything that matches your current filters, select all.

**2. Open the export**

Choose **Export**.

**3. Choose the format**

Under **Choose Export Format**, select **Make.com**.

**4. Select the fields**

Under **Select Fields to Export**, choose the fields to include, then start the export.

## Manage the connection

The connection appears on the **API Keys** tab. To disconnect, delete the key. See [API keys](/integrations-api-keys.md).

## Troubleshooting

> **My scenario does nothing**
>
> Check that the scenario is activated in Make.com and that you've tested the connection.

> **Jobin says I don't have enough credits**
>
> Exports can use credits depending on the fields you pick and your plan. Choose fewer fields, or check your credit balance.

> **I lost my API key**
>
> Jobin shows the key only once. Delete the key on the **API Keys** tab, create a new one, and update your Make.com setup.

## Ideas to get more from it

* Send a filtered segment to your internal database.
* Use a [saved search](/how-to/save-a-search-and-build-a-talent-pool.md) to pick the contacts, then export them to Make.com.
